Biography
Emma Aquila, Ph.D. is an Associate Health Economist at RAND Corp., Santa, CA. She received her Ph.D. in economics from the University College, London in 2006 where her dissertation was on the economics of aging. Dr. Aguila is from Mexico and has conducted research on health system reform in Mexico for the Mexican Ministry of Health. Her areas of research include the economic of aging, health economics and development economics.
